Send your brief
Choose a style code from our catalog or a design concept, or send your own artwork or a reference photo. Add your team colors, logo or lettering, the pieces you need, quantity, size range and the date you need the uniforms in hand.
- 02
Design and quote
We prepare the design and a quote for your order. You can ask for changes to colors, lettering, decoration and details until you are happy with it.
- 03
Approve in writing
Before production starts, we confirm the final design, colors, decoration, quantities and sizes with you in writing.
- 04
Production
Production takes 10–25 days after approval. The exact time depends on the style, quantity and decoration and is confirmed in your quote.
- 05
Shipping
Your order ships to your address. Shipping time depends on the method and your country and is quoted with your order.

Every design is adapted to your team: colors, logo, rhinestones, fabric and labels.
Customized logo & color
Choose your clothing colors to match your team, and send your logo or team name. Logos can be made in rhinestones, print or sublimation.
Customized materials & processes
Choose rhinestone colors, shapes and sizes for logos, lettering and trims, from small stones to large crystals.
Custom fabric & label
Pick fabrics and finishes for your design, and add your own hang tags, care labels, neck labels and packing bags.
What to send with your brief
- The look: a style code from our catalog, a design concept, your own design or a reference photo
- Team colors, ideally with color references
- Logo or lettering, as a vector file if you have one
- Pieces needed: top, skirt, shorts, bow, practice wear, warm-ups
- Quantity per size, youth to adult in one list
- Your deadline: the date you need the uniforms in hand
Planning your timeline
